SAI team leaders and supervisors from three regions discuss their plans for auditing public health systems resilience

SAI team leaders and supervisors from three regions discuss their plans for auditing public health systems resilience

Audit team leaders, supervisors and mentors for the 3.d audits on public health systems resilience met recently to share the latest update on their work in planning the audit. This work includes developing an ecosystem map for the audit, an audit design matrix and an audit plan. If you are curious to know more about what such work includes, please look at IDI’s examples in our ISAM document.

Despite the fact that many countries are currently or have recently experienced a challenging situation due to COVID-19, the audit teams are making progress in planning the audit. As the teams from ASOSAI, PASAI and CAROSAI shared the status of their work, they also discussed how to overcome challenges in undertaking the 3.d audit in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic and other good practices. The meeting enabled participants to learn from each other in a peer-to-peer setting. IDI will hold these meetings at frequent intervals throughout the audit.
