The SAI Performance Measurement Framework plays an important role for SAIs wanting to develop their capacity, as it enables them to measure their performance against established INTOSAI standards and good practices. The aim of the course is to equip future SAI PMF assessors and delegates from SAIs, donors and other organisations with the core knowledge needed to understand and apply the SAI Performance Measurement Framework. It includes matters such as SAI internal governance and ethics, audit quality and reporting, financial management, human resources and training, and communication and stakeholder management. This basic training course took place from the 3rd -5th of October 2018. It was kindly hosted by the EUROSAI Secretariat/ Tribunal de Cuentas de España. A group of 31 engaged participants from all over the world attended the training.
