There were 27 participants from 13 different SAI's attending this meeting in Fiji to finalize the audit plan on their country's preparedness for the implementation of the 17 Sustainable Development Goals adopted in 2015. Governments, businesses and civil society together with the United Nations are mobilizing efforts to achieve the Sustainable Development Agenda by 2030. Universal, inclusive and indivisible, the Agenda calls for action by all countries to improve the lives of people everywhere. After this planning meeting, SAI teams will conduct the audit and come to an audit review meeting with their draft audit reports in mid-2018.
