Over the years the IDI has graduated approximately 200 training specialists from SAIs of developing and emerging countries in all INTOSAI regions. All our training specialists have taken part in a comprehensive seven-week Course Design and Instructional Techniques Workshop where they have learned about the design, development and delivery of training courses using IDI’s “systematic approach to training”.

Our network of training specialists has been a key component in the development of a training infrastructure in the regions. Training specialists also play an important role in the delivery of our training and capacity development programmes, where they, together with subject matter experts, serve as instructors.
